The process includes placing your requirement, paying the subscription charge, maid profile screening, telephonic and personal interviews, confirming the help, signing the agreement, paying the remaining charge, and then relaxing.
Yes, we offer a paid trial period to assess the working efficiency and compatibility of the selected help with your environment.
If the help is not suitable during the trial period, it won't count as a replacement. You can request another help once the complete payment is made.
We provide up to two replacements for one year from the placement of the first worker at no extra charge if they leave without a valid reason or are unsatisfactory.
We suggest 2 leaves for 24-hour services and 2-4 leaves for other services. However, this depends on the agreement between the employer and the help.
