How do I place a service request?

You can easily request our services by calling our customer care at +91 - 99725 71005 or visiting our website at www.ezyhelpers.com We are available from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

What is the process for hiring domestic help through EzyHelpers?

The process includes placing your requirement, paying the subscription charge, maid profile screening, telephonic and personal interviews, confirming the help, signing the agreement, paying the remaining charge, and then relaxing.

Is there a trial period available?

Yes, we offer a paid trial period to assess the working efficiency and compatibility of the selected help with your environment.

What happens if the help is not suitable during the trial period?

If the help is not suitable during the trial period, it won't count as a replacement. You can request another help once the complete payment is made.

What if the worker leaves mid-month?

We provide up to two replacements for one year from the placement of the first worker at no extra charge if they leave without a valid reason or are unsatisfactory.

How many leaves are allocated to domestic workers?

We suggest 2 leaves for 24-hour services and 2-4 leaves for other services. However, this depends on the agreement between the employer and the help.
